I had a fantastic time during my 2-night stay. The helpful staff, especially Marah at the front desk, ensured everything ran smoothly. The Club on the 12th floor was an excellent spot to unwind after a conference. Don't miss out on the delicious meals at Al Bustan!

Had an amazing stay with friends! The hotel is close to the beautiful Sami Abdul Rahman park, perfect for relaxing walks. We enjoyed the big swimming pool and delicious food options. The staff was incredible, helping us out whenever we needed anything. Highly recommend visiting the local markets and the historic Citadel nearby.

The room service was a bit pricey, with a cheese platter costing $30. It would be nice if they could work on lowering those prices.

Couple's getaway, can't recommend enough

The staff were friendly, especially Ghazal at the reception. I was always meeting them around the hotel, like at the bar where I caught up with Mr Ramy, who is just always there to greet you with this warm smile. The food options were great too, like the Tagliatelle Bolognese at Basílico- lovely!

Exceptional service defined this stay. The staff's attention to detail was evident, particularly when Tariq swiftly organized a doctor visit in just 15 minutes. Dining options were also impressive, with the succulent organic chicken standing out as a favorite. The atmosphere by the outdoor pool was relaxing, complemented by excellent drink service from the Breeze restaurant.

I stayed at the Erbil Rotana for 4 nights and loved how welcoming the staff were. From check-in to check-out, everyone was friendly and attentive. Yara at the front desk was a highlight, helping me feel at home and providing excellent service. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing. The Breeze restaurant by the pool had easy access and a great atmosphere. I recommend the Tagliatelle Bolognese from Basílico, absolutely delicious! The only hiccup was the restaurant near the swimming pool. the service there wasn’t as quick as I expected, particularly with the waitstaff. However, that didn’t overshadow my overall experience.

Unfortunately, I faced issues with the payment options. It was really frustrating to discover that only cash or certain international cards were accepted. The hidden costs made my stay feel unfair, almost like a robbery, which cast a shadow over my experience.

The Erbil Rotana is a culinary gem! I absolutely loved diving into the rich flavors at Basílico, their Tagliatelle Bolognese? Straight fire! Plus, the Club Rotana was a treat with their afternoon finger foods and cocktails. Shoutout to the super-friendly staff. they made the experience feel like a warm hug.

On the flip side, they hit me with some wild dollar rates and only accepted cash or international cards. A bit frustrating, but the vibe more than made up for it!
